Reach the meeting point at the scheduled time to be driven to Phillip Island for the Penguin Parade Afternoon Express Tour. Enjoy a drive through Melbourne and soak in the picturesque countryside on the outskirts of the city. Pass through the fishing village of San Remo and see the Australian motorcycle grand prix track.
Pay a visit to the Phillip Island Visitor Information Centre to see exhibits about the native wildlife, including fur seals, koalas, birds and of course the Little Penguins- the Island’s star attraction. Know more about the conservation efforts and the research and educational projects, which are partly being funded by your ticket purchase.
For the Penguin Parade, take your place at the beach as the sun sets. Hear the ‘huk-huk’ of penguins as they huddle together and begin moving towards the shore. Watch hundreds of penguins emerge from the water and return to their homes to feed their young with their catch of anchovies and other seafood.
After the Penguin Parade, you will be driven back to Melbourne. The tour ends at the starting point.
